In the office vestibule — open all day, every day — you can make deposits and withdrawals at an ATM or use a Personal Access Home Banking kiosk to access your TFCU accounts. Your TFCU Visa Check Card or CUE Card allow you into the vestibule after "business" hours. If you don't have one of these cards yet, call the Contact Center at 763-544-1517 or 1-800-862-1998 to apply.

TFCU's Golden Valley office also has a vestibule open 24x7 (with an ATM and Personal Access kiosk) for your convenience.

Automatic Transfer/Payment

Want to make that monthly loan payment automatically? Do you wish you could tuck $50 into your savings each time you get paid without having to think about it? Set up an Automatic Transfer. Move funds from one account type to another on your schedule. You specify the accounts, the amounts, and the frequency. Then we take care of the rest. It's an easy way to pay a loan or build a savings balance.

Direct Deposit

Even when you can't get to the credit union, your paycheck still can. With direct deposit, payroll checks, social security checks, and federal recurring payments can all be deposited directly to your TFCU account. Then use Direct Deposit Distribution to automatically move your funds to your savings or loan accounts or to another member's account.

• Direct Deposit and Direct Deposit Distribution
  TFCU accepts direct deposit of all types of checks including payroll checks, social security and federal recurring checks. If your employer offers direct deposit of your paycheck, why not take advantage of this service. Once deposited in your TFCU account, you can choose to have money distributed to make your loan payment.
  
  
• Payroll Deduction
  This service is available through some Minnesota school districts and many other employers. Just by signing a form, you can have a portion of your paycheck deducted as payment for your loan.
  
  
• Automatic Transfer
  If you don't have access to payroll deduction or direct deposit, TFCU's automatic transfer program can provide added convenience. Use it to automatically transfer money, on a monthly basis, from your TFCU account to your loan balance.
  
  
• Direct Payment
  Make regular payments on your loan by having money from another financial institution transferred to TFCU. This is a particularly easy transaction to set up and only requires that the payment be set up for a set dollar amount.

Telexpress - Telephone Account Access

Using a touch-tone telephone and a Personal Identification Number (PIN), you can obtain the information you need about your TFCU checking, savings, and loan accounts and complete many types of transactions - 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

New!  Telexpress Security Code
Due to Federal Guidelines we've upgraded our automated online banking security.  Starting October 27th, 2008, Telexpress users are required to select and use a security code in addition to a PIN to access certain transactions.
