9. What if I forget my eStatements password or my email address changes?
If members need to change their email address, they can sign on to Personal Access, then sign on to the eNotify service, click the "Email Addresses" tab, and change their Primary Email Address. They will be sent a new Activation Code which they can use to activate the new address and future communications will be sent to that address.
If members forget their eStatements password, they should go to eNotify in Personal Access, click the "eStatements" tab, choose a new password, and click "OK". Then they should go back to the eStatements tab and click the "Resend eStatement" button, where they choose the eStatement to be sent. They will then be emailed another eStatement to open with the new password. Password changes will not be accepted by phone or in the offices.

10. What if I didn't receive my eStatement?
Undeliverable emails will result in members being removed from the service. TFCU will mail their statement via U.S. postal service, along with a letter informing them that they have been removed from eStatements. They will need to re-enroll if they would like to receive eStatements again.

11. What if I want to cancel receiving eStatements?
Members can sign on to eNotify via Personal Access, click the eStatements tab, and click the "Stop Service" button. This will stop eStatements from being sent and paper statements will resume. However, this will not stop Account Alerts from being sent, if they have been set up. It takes one statement cycle to cancel eStatements.
